Mogaji started his business career
right after his graduation.
In 1999, he worked as an independent service provider
for finance and insurance together with partners. Within
very short time, the association of self-employed
insurance and asset consultants that he and his partners
had founded became one of Austria’s best known insurance
and financial service provider.
They founded subsidiaries in every federal state of
Austria. Extremely fast, Mogaji and his partners merged
1.500 self-employed consultants from Austria and Eastern
Europe into this enterprise.
In 2002, Mogaji became the right hand of Dr. Michael
Rupprecht and six months later, he worked as manager of
IVM industrial insurance brokers, which was the
worldwide in-house insurance broker of three
corporations. (VA-TECH, VOEST – ALPINE and BOEHLER
UDDEHOLM).
During his first time at IVM, he managed from Linz
insurance interests for global transport, and business
intermittence of the corporations VA-TECH, VOEST-ALPINE
and BOEHLER UDDEHOLM. Next to his management job at IVM,
he started his master studies at the Johannes Kepler
University in Linz (MBA finance management).
In 2003, Mogaji took a share in the Kunst Druck GmbH in
Vienna and since 2005, he managed the departments of
marketing and sales (orders from the Middle East). Soon
he realised, there were more tasks waiting for him at
VA-TECH and moved to Vienna to take over the position of
Senior Manager and Head of Marine Insurance as well as
to manage the Global Marine Insurance Program of
VA-TECH.
Due to his great experience in the private insurance
sector, A. Mogaji implemented the “private insurance
division” for the employees of IVM. At the same time, he
became Head of Private Insurance. He left the company
after VA-TECH AG was sold to Siemens AG in 2004/05.
In 2005, he finished his MBA studies.
